Sterling Silver Double-sided Flower and Heart Necklace

A cute double-sided, diamond-cut little heart! This sterling silver heart has a polished finish and measures 5/8 inch across and 5/8 inch tall (about 1 inch tall to the top of the bail). Vines wind their way throughout the front and back. The front has a flower motif and the back has a tiny heart in the center. Diamond-cuts in the flower and the heart show flashes of brilliance.
